IMPROVE YOUR BODY’S FUNCTION

If you feel an upper/lower back pain, have a herniated disc, scoliosis, perhaps you’re someone who has to sit all day at work, or you are an athlete and certain sports you do cause you back pain. I’m sure you are tired of often contradicting information on the internet and having been trying various solutions out of which some can help, some don’t and some can even cause more harm.

This workshop is designed for especially those of you who suffer from back pain and it is suitable for all fitness levels, following my guidance. No previous experience required.

Main Content of the Workshop

At this workshop you will learn the basics of safe and effective corrective exercise techniques for improving your back as well as the whole posture and overall health. All that through consistency, simple exercise program, attainable results and long term commitment. It is about the right exercises!

Muscle Analysis

– muscle analysis with explaining of all the connections.

Under my guidance you will through simple and really easy to do steps be testing your muscular strength and flexibility, which is crucial to understanding what is really going on with your body that you had no idea about.

You will receive a printed form for a written self evaluation to fill during the test under my guidance. Essential to understand your current shape and condition and realize and discover the sometimes not obvious connections in your muscle structure. That all helps you apply the RIGHT exercises and to detect progress in the future.

(I promise we will not be running a mile or do hundreds of push ups, in fact not a single one. This is a corrective exercise. We will do the testing smart, not tough way).

Corrective Exercise for Back Pain

The class focuses on:

Activation our Deep Stabilizing System

– deep placed – often referred to as the forgotten muscles, that are responsible for spine stability.

Interesting and efficient breathing techniques will make you aware of parts of your body you may not even know you have. Introduction to safe strengthening exercise techniques, we will exercise slow and direct our attention to proper exercise techniques.
Strenuous physical exercise is very beneficial for improving our health but if not done properly or using not safe techniques can cause more harm than good.

Arch-building exercise for flat feet and back pain prevention

Did you know that flat feet can contribute to problems such as: X or O shaped legs; collapsed ankle; knee, hip and lower back pain?
Good news is that: Most flat feet are reversible with exercise!
Muscular training of the feet really helps and in most cases rises the arches of the feet REGADLESS OF AGE!
You will also learn how to record your progress.
Fixing your flat feet for better posture = reducing/preventing back pain

Quality stretching

We once again focus do it right through right techniques and lenght of the stretching.

Self-massage techniques

-pain fighting moves with balls

During this conveniently paced seminar we will not be exercising the whole time, so no need to worry, you can expect to LEARN how to improve not just your general fitness level by exercising SAFELY but also improving your conditions whatever they might be, however you always need to respect your symptoms but do not get ruled by them.

Agenda

What to bring with you: comfortable clothes, bottle of water, an exercise mat, a standard size towel (to fold under your head – important!), pen and paper in case you want to make notes along the workshop.

I attended the workshop in Barcelona and it was an entertaining event, but at the same time very valuable for a person, who sits a lot at the desk in front of computer and might have already some back pain or slight deformation. Anna did a thorough examination of the physical state of each participant and provided individual, focused set of exercises to strengthen the back and correct the wrong posture. The workshop was well structured and balanced between fun and serious times. I would recommend anyone having slight or serious back problem, as well as those who would like to prevent future difficulties.
